Dehradun  is the interim capital city of Uttarakhand, a state in the northern part of India. Located in the Garhwal region.  Dehradun is in the Doon Valley on the foothills of the Himalayas. An express-way is proposed between Jollygrant and Shastradhara. The total stretch has been divided into two parts –
