Acceptance of Terms

By playing Tower Rush — whether through the browser, the tower rush APK, or the tower rush demo — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the game and uninstall any downloaded version.

Use of the Game

Tower Rush is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the game. Automated play, bots, and scripts that interact with tower rush online servers are strictly prohibited.

Account Registration

Creating an account lets you save progress, access leaderboards, and use co-op features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.

In-Game Purchases

Some Tower Rush content is available for purchase. All transactions are final unless a technical error prevented delivery. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

All Tower Rush assets — including tower designs, maps, music, and code — are owned by the developers. User-generated content shared publicly in the game grants us a non-exclusive license to display it within the game platform.

Limitation of Liability

Tower Rush is provided as-is. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or issues arising from installing the tower rush APK from unofficial sources. Always download from the official page.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted. By using Tower Rush you waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits related to the game.
